Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Program
Bringing High Schools, Booster Clubs, NPO’s and Corporate Sponsors together to fundraise has never been easier and never generated more fundraising revenue than this program!
The Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Program is a cooperative venture that combines 3 elements:
1. High Schools, Booster Clubs, and NPO’s financial need for fundraising dollars and capabilities to perform fundraising sales operations.
2. Local Corporate Sponsors committing to provide coupons and other consumer enticements to be incorporated and sold in the Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Program Envelope.
3. Michigan Sports Marketing’s capabilities to produce and provide the High School, Booster Club, or NPO with a Fundraising Program that is second to none and will generate high fundraising revenue with low up front cost and risk as well as provide the Corporate Sponsors with powerful advertising and community goodwill.
Here is how the Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Program works:
1. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO agrees to participate in the Fundraiser Program for Spring, Fall, or Winter Sports or any other event schedule and chooses the sports team schedule or event schedule they want to display on the Schedule Magnet.
2. Up to 4 local Corporate Sponsors offer between $25 -
3. Michigan Sports will produce a full color Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Envelope that will include the Schedule Magnet and the Corporate Sponsor’s coupons. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO may order as few as 500 Fundraiser Envelopes or as many as 10,000 and sell them for $20 during the Fundraising Campaign.
4. Michigan Sports provides these Fundraiser Envelopes to the High School, Booster Club, or NPO on consignment. There is a $1 deposit per Fundraiser Envelope ordered, but aside from this minimal upfront cost, City Sports will cover the entire cost of production with minimal financial cost or risk to the High School, Booster Club, or NPO.
5. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO has 60 days to sell the Fundraiser Envelopes for $20 each. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO keeps $11.00 for every Fundraiser Envelope that is sold for a NET FUNDRAISER PROFIT of $10 per Fundraiser Envelope sold. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO remits $9 per Fundraiser Envelope that is sold to City Sports after the 60 day sales window. The High School, Booster Club, or NPO may return up to 50% of the Fundraiser Envelopes ordered if they go unsold after this 60 day period at no cost or penalty.
6. For a 1,000 Fundraiser Envelope Program, if all 1,000 Fundraiser Envelopes are sold, the High School, Booster Club, or NPO will have made $10,000. The Corporate Sponsors will benefit from virtually free advertising, coupon redemption, and increased consumer traffic to their business and gain the goodwill of the community for helping in the Fundraiser Schedule Magnet Program.
7. Michigan Sports also incorporates the following complimentary services to the High Schools, Booster Clubs, NPOs and Corporate Sponsors all FREE of charge.
Develops and incorporates a QR Code for the Fundraiser Program that is incorporated into the Fundraiser Schedule Magnet.
Designs and maintains a Fundraiser Landing Page – Family, friends, and other supporters of the Fundraiser Campaign can scan the QR Code on the Fundraiser Schedule Magnet and will be directed to this Fundraiser Landing Page where weekly events video can be shown, weekly game highlights can be posted, additional charitable donations can be solicited, Corporate Sponsors can hold contests, and offer additional coupons or promotional offers.
